Chris is the owner and principle licensee for Pacific Pointe Construction, a subsidiary of Pride Electrical Systems, Inc. He began his career proudly serving his country in the United States Army. Following his enlistment, Chris joined the electrical apprenticeship, eventually becoming a Master Electrician and ultimately leading regional operations for several well-known Electrical Design/Build firms.
Over the last 15 years, Chris has led construction projects & operations of over $100M, bought and sold profitable businesses and most importantly, strived to positively impact the lives of his employees & clients. Chris learned early on, during his time in the military, the value of leadership. He credits his military background for his now stellar reputation in the construction & electrical industry for being fair, honest & of the utmost integrity.

Jen Libutti
director, design & construction Management
Jen is the co-owner and Director of Design & Construction Management for Pacific Pointe Construction. Prior to joining Chris in the construction industry, she spent 20 years in the corporate world building & leading processes, systems and teams, all of which have helped her organization(s) realize between $4 - 10M savings annually.
Following her corporate career, Jen became a licensed Real Estate Professional, and using her analytical background, she has been taking a unique "investor-mindset" approach to help home sellers maximize the values of their homes prior to selling in order to realize a higher net proceeds. Jen's approach has proven to net home sellers on average 13% more than comparable sales in their neighborhoods. In South Orange County, this equates to about $50-100K more than they could have achieved selling "as-is".
Together, Jen & Chris decided to blend their specialties together and bring home sellers a robust set of solutions to help them maximize the return on their most precious asset.
